Regensyn Energy brings the Sovereign Energy Services (SES) modular Hydrogen Torch Reactor (HTR) system capable of processing carbonaceous gas streams, either from normal oil and gas operations or from the reduction of a variety of waste streams, cleaning and reforming them into green synthesis gas.
From the syngas, we’re able to separate hydrogen and carbon monoxide for many downstream industrial waste streams to create value added products and improve ROI’s.
Flexible
Produces clean syngas (H2 & CO) from any hydrocarbon gas stream, with the flexibility to adjust outputs to meet changing market demands.
Innovative
Designed for gases, vapors, and waste liquids, and when coupled with a kiln or pyrolysis unit for initial gasification, it can process oilfield, refinery, mining, municipal, construction, industrial and electrical waste.
Sustainable
Provides a sustainable technical solution for waste feedstocks, reducing unnecessary landfill burial, oilfield flaring, or wastewater sludge disposal, while delivering compelling project economics.
Scalable
The HTR is modular and can be scaled to fit most facilities due to its small, low vertical profile. The size of the system is completely customizable to each application and is easy to transport and quick to install.
